What if the body were not only something we “have,” but also a place we inhabit? And what if the earth and the body shared a history of exploitation, but also of resistance?
In this session, we propose a reading space based on texts included in the bibliography of the exhibition Here Only the Devil Can Live, by Sara Brum, prompting us to reflect on power, imagination, and territory: a meeting place where we read excerpts, share impressions, listen, and question together. No prior knowledge of art or theory is required: the reading is fragmented, accessible, and guided. The goal is not to “know more,” but to think collectively.
