Every month, the Ponta Delgada Public Library and Regional Archive promotes a space to encourage debate and critical thinking, with an emphasis on contemporary issues, entitled ‘’Lugar de Fala‘’.

The second initiative included in this project will be the "Círculo de Homens" (Men's Circle), characterised as a space for men to share and socialise, where it is possible to talk and think about what it means to be a man and, above all, a safe place for individual and collective expression - to be a man and a human being in full.
