The Corvo Ecomuseum promotes a new session of the participatory activity “Cooking from the Past – Flavours and Knowledge Workshop”, dedicated to preserving the island’s gastronomic traditions.

In this session, participants will prepare the traditional sponge cake (Pão de Ló), typical of Corvo wedding celebrations, while sharing traditional knowledge and techniques.
