As part of the Cozinha de Antigamente project, the Corvo Ecomuseum has been carrying out a participatory collection of the island's traditional cuisine since 2022, with the direct contribution of the Corvo community. This work has made it possible to identify, record and value recipes, practices and memories associated with the cuisine of bygone times.
