Visit the exhibition “Biographical Exhibition of Manuel Augusto de Amaral”, on display at the Tomaz Borba Vieira Municipal Library, Santo António Convent, until the 30th of June.

This exhibition about Manuel Augusto de Amaral, born in Água de Pau on the 29th of August 1862, explores biographical aspects of this multifaceted man and looks at his role in society, as well as some of the themes addressed in his work, his favourite styles and genres, his influences, and the marks of his life on his writing.
