Admission to the Centre's exhibitions is free on the first Monday of each month and on Saturdays during the summer (July and August).

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the microbial biodiversity of the Azores, associated with hot springs, lagoons, and volcanic cavities, learn about different microorganisms from the three domains of life and understand some biotechnological applications that come from using microorganisms or their components.
