The Municipality of Vila do Porto is holding the first Municipal Sustainability Laboratory in the Azores on the 7th of July at the Municipal Library. The morning is reserved for the municipality's employees and technicians to implement good sustainability practices across the various departments of the council. In the afternoon, the session is open to the general community, demonstrating the municipality's sustainability journey, its challenges and opportunities.

Participation is free and aims to include the various sectors of activity in the Mariense community.
