The project/lecture “Sons d’ Outrora na Roda do Ano” follows a didactic and interactive approach and aims to introduce the viola da terra micaelense and the sociocultural contexts in which it was traditionally played throughout the twelve months of the year.

The lecture will take place in four locations in the municipality of Ponta Delgada:

March 6 – EBI Ginetes (11:00 a.m.)

March 26 – EBI de Capelas – Double session (8:40 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.)

March 30 – Centro de Convívio de Idosos de Candelária (2:00 p.m.)

March 31 – Casa do Povo das Sete Cidades (2:00 p.m.)
