The Whalers’ Museum in Lajes do Pico will host, on February 6 (Friday) at 9:00 p.m., a musical concert performed by the Pico string ensemble “Ilha Negra.”

The concert will feature traditional music, classical pieces, and original compositions.

The group, composed of 12 musicians from across the island, aims to revive one of the oldest traditions of Pico, featuring various instruments such as the mandolin, bandola, guitar, bass guitar and viola da terra.
